DV8 Pink Gin
''DV8'' is a comic book published by Wildstorm. The series revolves around the lives of a group of Gen-Active people (Called DV8, or referred to as "The Deviants"), initially living in New York City under the supervision of Ivana Baiul, who sends them on life-threatening black ops assignments. Publication history The series lasted 32 issues. The story including most DV8 members continued in the pages of ''Gen-Active'', a anthology series featuring various Wildstorm characters. ''Gen-Active,'' lasted 6 issues. Writer Micah Ian Wright pitched a relaunch to WildStorm in 2003, but it was not picked up by the publisher. The artist in the book would have been Mark Robinson. Wildstorm
Wildstorm Productions, (stylized as WildStorm), is an American comic book imprint. Originally founded as an independent company established by Jim Lee under the name "Aegis Entertainment" and expanded in subsequent years by other creators, Wildstorm became a publishing imprint of DC Comics in 1999. Until it was shut down in 2010, the Wildstorm imprint remained editorially separate from DC Comics, with its main studio located in California. In June 2020, Newsarama was merged with the website GamesRadar+, also owned by FutureUS. Micah Ian War Dog Wright (born 1969) is an American writer who has worked in film, television, animation, video games and comic books. He is an enrolled member of the Muscogee Creek Nation. Early life Wright was born in Lubbock, Texas. He graduated from the University of Arizona with degrees in political science and creative writing.
