DTA Records (an initialism for "Don't Trust Anyone") is an American record label founded in December 2019 by Travis Barker, best known as the drummer of Blink-182. It is a joint partnership between Barker and Elektra Entertainment (a label group owned by Warner Music Group), which distributes the label's releases. History Formation (2019) DTA Records was founded in 2019 as a partnership between Travis Barker and Elektra Records, Elektra Music Group (now known as Elektra Entertainment, following its merger into 300 Elektra Entertainment). The label was conceived after Johnny Mirandi, an Atlantic Records employee and acquaintance of Barker, told Barker that Elektra Music Group's co-president, Gregg Nadel, was interested in starting a new record label with Barker, and offered him a deal which allowed Barker and Nadel to help develop new artists together. Barker was already well acquainted with Warner Music Group, with his old record label, LaSalle Records, formerly being distrib ...

DownThemAll!
DownThemAll! (DTA) is a free software download manager browser extension. DTA can download all or some linked files, images, or embedded objects associated with a webpage. It can pause, resume, or restart downloads. As with any download manager, the main feature of DTA is multi-part downloading. This allows the user to download the file in pieces, then combine the pieces after a completed download. This increases the download speed when connected to a slow server. It has Metalink support, which allows multiple URLs for each file to be used, along with checksums and other information about the content. Multi-part downloading- also referred to as segmented downloading - is no longer possible with the migration to webextension. Other features no longer supported as a web extension are checksum/hash verification, metalinks, and mirror sources. When extracting links from a page, the user may choose to download only specific files (for example: all PDFs) using wildcard or regular ...

Tax Treaty
A tax treaty, also called double tax agreement (DTA) or double tax avoidance agreement (DTAA), is an agreement between two countries to avoid or mitigate double taxation. Such treaties may cover a range of taxes including income taxes, inheritance taxes, value added taxes, or other taxes. Besides bilateral treaties, multilateral treaties are also in place. For example, European Union (EU) countries are parties to a multilateral agreement with respect to value added taxes under auspices of the EU, while a joint treaty on mutual administrative assistance of the Council of Europe and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is open to all countries. Tax treaties tend to reduce taxes of one treaty country for residents of the other treaty country to reduce double taxation of the same income. The provisions and goals vary significantly, with very few tax treaties being alike. Most treaties: * define which taxes are covered and who is a resident and eligible for ...

Docosatetraenoic Acid
Docosatetraenoic acid designates any straight chain 22:4 fatty acid. (''See'' essential fatty acid for nomenclature.) One isomer is of particular interest: * all-''cis''-7,10,13,16-docosatetraenoic acid is an ω-6 fatty acid with the common name adrenic acid (AdA). This is a naturally occurring polyunsaturated fatty acid formed through a 2-carbon chain elongation of arachidonic acid. It is one of the most abundant fatty acids in the early human brain. This unsaturated fatty acid is also metabolized by cells to biologically active products viz., dihomoprostaglandins, and epoxydocosatrienoic acids (EDTs, also known as dihomo-EETs). In addition to being endothelium-derived hyperpolarizing factors, EDTs have demonstrated anti-endoplasmic reticulum stress and anti-nociceptive activities. They are hydrolyzed by the soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) to dihydroxydocosatrienoic acids (DHDTs) and hence might play a role in the efficacy of sEH inhibitors. See also *Polyunsaturated fatty ...

Digital Transport Adapter
A Digital transport/terminal adapter (or DTA) is a device used by cable companies who are switching to all-digital cable systems. They typically have an RF input for receiving service, and a modulated output on Channel 3 or 4 that allows a TV to be set to channel 3 or 4 and have the tuner change channels. They are also deployed by cable companies who are encrypting digital signals to cut down on cable theft. These devices go under several names, such as Digital Terminal Adapter, Digital Transport Adapter, or Digital Adapter. They generally do not offer pay-per-view or DVR support, but Rovi (formerly Macrovision) is deploying an on-screen guide that would allow subscribers to see what is on TV at the moment. Digital adapters are intended for rooms with less used TVs or for basic cable subscribers. History As part of Comcast Project Cavalry (also referred to as the Digital Migration), all customers starting in 2009 who subscribed to expanded cable would need a DTA device or traditio ...
