DSN-2
DSN-2, also known as Kirameki-2, is a geostationary orbit, geostationary communications satellite to be operated by DSN Corporation, a subsidiary of SKY Perfect JSAT Group. Its payload is a pure X band, X-band and will be used for military communications by the Japan Self-Defense Forces, Japanese military. It was launched and successfully deployed on 24 January 2017 using a H-IIA rocket flying in its heaviest configuration, the H-IIA 204. It is Japan's first dedicated military communication satellite and is designed for at least fifteen years of service. The DS2000 is a geostationary communications satellite bus designed and manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric of Japan. Designed to carry payloads between and , with power requirements of up to 15 kW. It is compatible with Ariane 5, Proton-M, Zenit-3SL, Atlas V, Falcon 9 and H-IIA. According to Moog-ISP, the DS2000 platform uses its bipropellant thrusters. H-IIA
H-IIA (H-2A) is an active expendable launch system operated by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) for the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency. These liquid fuel rockets have been used to launch satellites into geostationary orbit; lunar orbiting spacecraft; '' Akatsuki'', which studied the planet Venus; and the Emirates Mars Mission, which was launched to Mars in July 2020. GSAT-7 or INSAT-4F is a multi-band military communications satellite developed by the Indian Space Research Organisation. is a Japanese corporation which was established in 1919. Its main areas of business are building construction and civil engineering.
