''Dream 13'' was a mixed martial arts event held by Fighting and Entertainment Group's mixed martial arts promotion Dream. The event took place on Monday, March 22, 2010 at the Yokohama Arena in Yokohama, Japan. The event aired live in North America on HDNet. Background This event marked the beginning of co-promotion between DREAM and US organization Strikeforce. The event would also mark the return of K. J. Noons to Mixed Martial Arts in his first fight since 2008. While not officially announced, Tim Sylvia was planning on participating in this event. However, Dream officials allegedly tried to change his opponent roughly two weeks before the bout was planned to take place. Ryo Chonan
is a retired Japanese professional mixed martial artist. A professional competitor from 2001–2013, Chonan competed for the UFC, PRIDE, DEEP, DREAM, Pancrase, and World Victory Road. Chonan is the former DEEP Middleweight Champion and the former DEEP Welterweight Champion. André Amado
André "Dida" Schervinski Amado (born 9 October 1983) is a Brazilian mixed martial artist and Muay Thai kickboxer who has competed in the Japanese promotions Dream and K-1 Hero's. He is known for his exciting fighting style, often utilizing flying knees and spinning kicks, as well as his colorful entrances often sporting a mask and dancing his way to the ring. Andrews Nakahara (born March 12, 1983) is a Brazilian professional mixed martial artist, kickboxer and kyokushin karateka currently signed with K-1. Joachim Hansen (fighter)
Joachim B. Hansen (born 26 May 1979) is a Norwegian retired mixed martial artist. He began his career fighting for FinnFight before moving on to fight for Shooto where he became the first Scandinavian person to hold an MMA world title after winning the Shooto World Lightweight Championship in 2003 from Takanori Gomi. Hansen later fought for the Pride Fighting Championship and most recently Dream where he became the Dream Lightweight Champion. Katsunori Kikuno
is a Japanese mixed martial artist. He was the former DEEP Lightweight Champion.
