DIN Film Speed
Film speed is the measure of a photographic film's sensitivity to light, determined by sensitometry and measured on various numerical scales, the most recent being the ISO system. A closely related ISO system is used to describe the relationship between exposure and output image lightness in digital cameras. Relatively insensitive film, with a correspondingly lower speed index, requires more exposure to light to produce the same image density as a more sensitive film, and is thus commonly termed a ''slow film''. Highly sensitive films are correspondingly termed ''fast films''. In both digital and film photography, the reduction of exposure corresponding to use of higher sensitivities generally leads to reduced image quality (via coarser film grain or higher image noise of other types). DIN (musician)
DIN (or D.I.N.) was a music project founded by Ontario-based composer Jean-Claude Cutz of Digital Poodle. Under his moniker Cutz released two albums for DOVe, ''Fantastic Planet'' and ''Decade of the Brain'', and a re-recorded version of his debut titled '' Fantastic Planet Revisited'' for Hypnotic Records. History DIN was founded in 1992 out of Canada as a solo outlet for Jean-Claude Cutz of Digital Poodle. Cutz used to say "din" as a way of imitating the cowbell sound while beatboxing. DIN's debut was released in 1992 by DOVe and titled ''Fantastic Planet''. Thematically the music is about escapism and fantasy and makes reference to horror and fantasy soundtracks. The EP ''Water Sports'' was released in 1993 and was followed by ''Decade of the Brain'' in 1994, both released by DOVe. Any product defined as a drug under the Canadian Food and Drugs Act must have an associated drug identification number (or DIN). A DIN also pertains to veterinary drugs permitted for sale in Canada. The drug identification number (DIN) is the 8 digit number located on the label of prescription and over-the-counter drug products that have been evaluated by the Therapeutic Products Directorate (TPD) and approved for sale in Canada. Once a drug has been approved, the Therapeutic Products Directorate issues a DIN, which permits the manufacturer to market the drug in Canada. For drugs, where there is minimal market history in Canada, there is a more stringent review and the drug is required to have a Notice of Compliance and a DIN in order to be marketed in Canada. Gevurah or Geburah ( he, גְּבוּרָה, Gəvūrā}, Tiberian: ''Găḇūrā,'' lit. 'strength'), is the fifth '' sephirah'' in the kabbalistic tree of life, and it is the second of the emotive attributes of the ''sephirot''. It sits below Binah, across from Chesed and above Hod. ''Din'' is the first extended play by Swedish singer and songwriter Oscar Zia. It consists of four previously released songs and two new songs as well as the acoustic version of "Nice". The extended play was released on November 2, 2018 through Warner Music Sweden via digital download. The songs on the extended play are entirely written and sung in Zia's native language, Swedish. Background About the reason why Zia decided to write songs in Swedish, he stated that "it's easier to be personal in Swedish and I've always felt that I want to be as personal as possible in my songs. din_fiv (or Din Fiv) was the music project founded of San Francisco-based composer David Din (Da5id Din). Din was known as a frequent member of the Boston industrial music duo Informatik. He released two albums under his din_fiv moniker '' Infinity'' and ''Decade of the Brain'', which were issued by Metropolis Records. History din_fiv was founded in 1990 out of San Francisco as a solo outlet for composer David Din of Informatik. His first solo composition for the project, titled "Terminal Condition", was provided to the compilations ''There Is No Time'' released by Ras Dva in 1994 and ''The Art of Brutality'' released by Arts Industria in 1995. Din released his 1995 debut studio album titled '' Infinity'' on Sinless Records. It represented Din's return to the electro-based music and was compared favorably to Informatik's first album.
