Michael McKone is a British comic book artist. Career McKone's first published works for the major companies included ''Justice League of America'' and ''Justice League International'' for DC Comics and ''The Punisher War Zone'' for Marvel Comics. However, it was his work on Marvel's ''Exiles (comic book), Exiles'' which brought him instant attention, and led him to work on two of DC's ''Teen Titans'' and Marvel's ''Fantastic Four''. Scott Peterson (comics)
Scott James Peterson (born December 9, 1968) is an American editor at WildStorm Productions, an imprint of DC Comics, and a writer of comic books and children's books. Career Peterson joined the staff of DC Comics as the assistant of Dennis O'Neil in 1991. He worked as an editor of Batman-related titles from 1991–1998 and spent eight years as a freelance writer of comic books and children's books before returning to the editor's desk at WildStorm in July, 2006. During his years at DC Comics, Peterson edited such titles as '' Detective Comics, Green Arrow, Batman: Black & White, Nightwing,'' and ''The Batman Adventures'', including the Eisner and Harvey Award-winning '' Mad Love'' by Paul Dini and Bruce Timm. In comics in the United States, a trade paperback (shortened: TPB or trade) is a collection of stories originally published in comic books, reprinted in book format, usually presenting either a complete miniseries, a story arc from a single title, or a series of stories with an arc or common theme. Newsarama is an American website that publishes news, interviews, and essays about the American comic book industry. It is owned by Future US. In June 2020, Newsarama was merged with the website GamesRadar+, also owned by FutureUS. History Newsarama began in mid-1995 as a series of Internet forum postings on the Prodigy comic book message boards by fan Mike Doran. Wildstorm Universe
Wildstorm Productions, (stylized as WildStorm), is an American comic book imprint. Originally founded as an independent company established by Jim Lee under the name "Aegis Entertainment" and expanded in subsequent years by other creators, Wildstorm became a publishing imprint of DC Comics in 1999. Until it was shut down in 2010, the Wildstorm imprint remained editorially separate from DC Comics, with its main studio located in California. In the field of comic books, a limited series is a comics series with a predetermined number of issues. A limited series differs from an ongoing series in that the number of issues is finite and determined before production, and it differs from a One-shot (comics), one shot in that it is composed of multiple issues. The term is often used interchangeably with miniseries (mini-series) and maxiseries (maxi-series), usually depending on the length and number of issues. A comic book, also called comicbook, comic magazine or (in the United Kingdom and Ireland) simply comic, is a publication that consists of comics art in the form of sequential juxtaposed panels that represent individual scenes. Andy Lanning is an English comic book writer and inker, known for his work for Marvel Comics and DC Comics, and for his collaboration with Dan Abnett. Career Lanning works primarily at Marvel Comics and DC Comics as an inker. He has also pencilled books, such as his creation ''The Sleeze Brothers''. Lanning's writing has included his and Abnett's 2000 relaunch of DC's title ''Legion of Super-Heroes''. The two co-created the Resurrection Man character with artist Jackson Guice in 1997. Trevor John Scott (born August 30, 1984) is a former American football defensive end who played in the National Football Place (NFL). He played college football at Buffalo and was drafted by the Oakland Raiders in the sixth round of the 2008 NFL Draft.
