The Dôme de Paris (originally the Palais des Sports) is an indoor arena located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, France. The closest metro station is Porte de Versailles. Background The venue was built in 1959 to replace the old Vel’ d’Hiv' at the Porte de Versailles. With a capacity of 4,600 seats, it was the largest venue in Paris. The architects and engineers created a dome with the largest light alloy dome ever designed in the world made of 1,100 aluminum panels. Iolanda Cristina Gigliotti (; 17 January 1933 – 3 May 1987), professionally known as Dalida, was an Italian-French singer and actress born in Egypt. Robert Hossein (30 December 1927 – 31 December 2020) was a French film actor, director, and writer. To prove himself as a man, the young monarch decides to leave for the war at the head of his armies, and though Marie has a worrying premonition she is unable to stop him. ''Seconds Out'' is the second live album by English progressive rock band Genesis. It was released as a double album on 14 October 1977 on Charisma Records, and was their first with touring drummer Chester Thompson and their last with guitarist Steve Hackett. The majority was recorded in June 1977 at the Palais des Sports in Paris during the Wind & Wuthering Tour. One track, "The Cinema Show", was recorded in 1976 at the Pavillon de Paris during their A Trick of the Tail Tour. ''Seconds Out'' received average to positive reviews upon its release, and reached No. 4 in the UK and No. 47 in the US. Holiday on Ice is an ice show currently owned by Medusa Music Group GmbH, a subsidiary of CTS EVENTIM, Europe's largest ticket distributor, with its headquarters in Bremen, Germany. History Holiday on Ice originated in the United States in December 1942. It was the brainchild of Emery Gilbert of Toledo, Ohio, an engineer and builder who created a portable ice rink. He took his idea of a traveling show to Morris Chalfen, a Minneapolis executive, who supplied the financing, and George Tyson, who used his theatrical background to create the show. The touring show made its first international trip to Mexico in 1947. In 1946, the company expanded with another ice show and secondary unit, "Ice Vogues", which took over the Holiday's last season's production and extended it for another year making stops in Cuba and Hawaii.
