Christopher James Gholson (born August 11, 1983), better known by his stage name Drumma Boy, is an American record producer. Early life Born in Memphis, Tennessee, and raised in Cordova, Tennessee, he was exposed to music at a young age. His mother, Billie Baker Gholson, was an accountant who worked as a part-time opera singer and was the first African-American to graduate from Rudi E. Scheidt School of Music at the University of Memphis. His father, G. James Gholson, is a retired clarinetist and music professor at Rudi E. Scheidt School of Music, was the first African-American male to hold the first chair position in the Memphis Symphony Orchestra. His father is an emeritus of the Memphis Woodwind Quintet and a soloist in the United States Navy Band. His paternal grandfather was a high school principal and has a high school named after him in Washington, D.C. Recording sessions took place at Upstairs Studio in Atlanta. Jasiel Amon Robinson (born September 20, 1980), better known by his stage name Yung Joc, is an American rapper. He is best known for his 2006 hit single " It's Goin' Down". and as a feature on T-Pain's US number-one single "Buy U a Drank (Shawty Snappin')" Early life Robinson's father owned a hair-care products company and helped him get an opportunity to write a jingle for Revlon. Robinson then founded his own label "Mastermind" to release his music. ''Welcome to the Zoo'' is the debut studio album by American rapper Gorilla Zoe. It was released on September 25, 2007, by Bad Boy South, which was distributed by Block Entertainment. The album debuted at number 18 on the ''Billboard'' 200, selling 35,000 copies in its first week in the United States. The album was supported by two singles: "Hood Figga" and "Juice Box" featuring Yung Joc. Critical reception ''Welcome to the Zoo'' received mixed reviews from critics. Alonzo Keith Mathis Jr. (born January 27, 1981), better known by his stage name Gorilla Zoe (), is an American rapper originally from East Point, Georgia. He is best known for being a member of the rap group Boyz N Da Hood. His solo debut album ''Welcome to the Zoo'' came out in 2007. 8Ball & MJG is an American hip hop duo from Memphis, Tennessee. They met at Ridgeway Middle School (Memphis, Tennessee) in 1984. In 1993, the duo released their debut album ''Comin' Out Hard''.
