''Dressed to Kill'' is a 1941 crime mystery starring Lloyd Nolan, Mary Beth Hughes and Sheila Ryan. The film is based on ''The Dead Take No Bows'', a mystery novel by Richard Burke. Plot summary Private investigator Michael Shayne and his singer fiancée Joanne La Marr hear a woman screaming from a room in their hotel. The hotel maid Emily has discovered two dead people: producer Louis Lathrop, owner of the hotel and the adjoining theater, and Desiree Vance, one of Lathrop's actresses. Both are dressed in medieval costumes, and Lathrop is wearing the head from a dog costume. Police investigator Pierson arrives at the scene and learns from hotel manager Hal Brennon that the costumes are from Lathrop's only successful show, ''Sweethearts of Paris'', from many years earlier. Desiree had been the show's leading lady, and Carlo Ralph played Beppo the Dog. Shayne suspects Carlo because of the dog-costume head on Lathrop. David Earle, also an actor in Lathrop's show, tells the police ...

Dressed To Kill (album)
''Dressed to Kill'' is the third studio album by American hard rock band Kiss, released on March 19, 1975. It was produced by Casablanca Records president Neil Bogart, as the label's financial situation at the time did not permit the hiring of a professional producer. Album information Possibly due to the short length of the album, original vinyl versions had long pauses between each track to create the illusion that the sides were longer than they were. Each side ran just 15 minutes, and some of the song times were listed incorrectly on the vinyl versions. For example, "Two Timer" was listed at 2:59 and "Ladies in Waiting" was listed at 2:47. While the album cover depicts Kiss in business suits, the only member of the band who owned one was Peter Criss. The suits worn on the cover by the rest of the band were owned by manager Bill Aucoin. The original vinyl release of the album also had the Kiss logo embossed around the picture. The photograph of the band on the album cover wa ...

Dressed To Kill (song)
"Dressed to Kill" is a 2009 song by Preston, most notably covered by Cher in 2013. Preston's original was released as a single in the UK from his ''Whatever Forever'' LP. The song samples the introduction from Siouxsie and the Banshees' 1980 single "Happy House." "Dressed to Kill" was Preston's only single release during the almost four-year hiatus of The Ordinary Boys. The song, however, failed to chart. Because of the failure of the lead single, the album was subsequently shelved by the label. The song was produced by Mark Taylor (music producer), Mark Taylor, who had also produced Cher's megahit, "Believe (Cher song), Believe." While producing her comeback album, Taylor decided to recycle "Dressed to Kill," which he had co-written with Preston. Cher cover "Dressed to Kill" was covered by American singer Cher Cher (; born Cherilyn Sarkisian; May 20, 1946) is an American singer, actress and television personality. 'Snaz
''IT'SNAZ'' is a double live album by the Scottish hard rock band Nazareth, released in September 1981. The full album title is It's Naz but the artwork spread the title, in block-capitals, fully over the outside of the gatefold-sleeve: when not opened only 'S NAZ is visible on the front. The back of the original album cover includes the letters "I" and "T" causing many to misinterpret the title of the album as "'Snaz" which is incorrect. That no space was left between the 'S' and 'NAZ' seems deliberate, as contemporary adverts for the album in the music press write it as ''IT'SNAZ''. The band's official website gives the title as ''It's Naz''. The album was recorded at the Pacific Coliseum in Vancouver, Canada, in May 1981 during the band's 1981 North American tour. The band recorded several of the dates on the tour but felt this one show was fine in its entirety. The album was mixed at The Manor, Oxfordshire. The original LP featured two bonus studio tracks, "Juicy Lucy" and ...

Dressed To Kill (book)
''Dressed to Kill'' is a 1995 book by Sydney Ross Singer and Soma Grismaijer that proposes a link between bras and breast cancer. According to the authors, the restrictive nature of a brassiere inhibits the lymphatic system, leading to an increased risk of breast cancer. The book's claims are considered unfounded by the scientific community, and researchers have criticized the authors' methodology as faulty. Major medical organizations including the National Institutes of Health and the American Cancer Society have found no evidence that bra-wearing increases breast-cancer risk. Background Singer and Grismaijer argued that bra-wearing might cause breast cancer because of a purported effect on lymphatic circulation. They believed that constriction from tightly worn bras inhibited the proper functioning of the lymphatic system and led to a buildup of fluid within the breast tissue. According to the authors, bra-induced constriction of the breast lymphatic vessels could concentrate ...
