''Dream a Little Dream'' is a popular 1989 American fantasy-romantic comedy film directed by Marc Rocco and starring Corey Feldman, Corey Haim, Meredith Salenger, Jason Robards, Piper Laurie and Harry Dean Stanton. It was filmed in Wilmington, North Carolina. This was the third film featuring The Two Coreys. A direct to video sequel, '' Dream a Little Dream 2'', was released in 1994. Plot Bobby Keller (Corey Feldman) is a slacker high school student who, while running through a short cut through a backyard in his neighborhood one night, collides with Lainie Diamond (Meredith Salenger), over whom Bobby has recently been obsessing. During the collision, elderly professor Coleman Ettinger (Jason Robards) is performing a meditation exercise in the yard with his wife Gena (Piper Laurie), theorizing that if he and his wife can enter a meditative alpha state together voluntarily, they will be able to live together forever. ''Dream a Little Dream'' is the debut solo album by American singer Cass Elliot immediately following the breakup of The Mamas & the Papas, though she was still billed as "Mama Cass" for this release. Capitalizing on the success of her first solo song as the album's title, it was released on October 19, 1968 by Dunhill Records. The album was re-released by MCA Japan in 2001. Conception Cass Elliot had agreed to a three-album deal as a solo artist with Dunhill Records less than a month after her split with the Mamas & the Papas. Elliot chose John Simon as producer to help her steer the album. She had liked his work with The Band and found him to be the perfect person to work with. Both Elliot and Simon agreed that this would be her album and Simon was keen on allowing her the chance to choose her own material and to shine on her own. ''Dream a Little Dream'' is a collaborative studio album by Pink Martini and the Von Trapp Children, von Trapps, released by Heinz Records on March 4, 2014. Members of the von Trapps, a Portland-based group of descendants of the Maria von Trapp, von Trapp family, include Sofia, Melanie, Amanda and August von Trapp. The album features guests Charmian Carr, Jack Hanna, The Chieftains and Wayne Newton. Three of the songs were written by August von Trapp. In 2014 it was awarded a silver certification from the Independent Music Companies Association, which indicated sales of at least 20,000 copies throughout Europe. ''The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy'' is an American animated television series created by Maxwell Atoms for Cartoon Network. The series originally premiered as segments of ''Grim & Evil'' on August 24, 2001. The segments were spun-out into their own series on June 13, 2003 (although the 2003-2004 episodes were also produced originally for ''Grim & Evil''), and continued to air until November 9, 2007. A spin-off film, titled '' Underfist: Halloween Bash'', aired on October 12, 2008. A total of 78 half-hour episodes were produced, including one hour-long Holiday special and four feature-length TV films, bringing the total number of episodes to 86, in the form of 160 segments.
