Double Exposure (1994 Film)
''Double Exposure'' is a 1994 crime drama, starring Ron Perlman, Ian Buchanan, and Dedee Pfeiffer. Plot The Putnams, Roger ('Ian Buchanan') and Maria (Jennifer Gatti), continue an unstable marriage. She is unhappy at his obsessiveness and possessiveness, and he continually suspects her of having an affair. On Tuesday and Thursday nights, Maria is allowed out for a gym workout with their mutual friend and his colleague, Linda (Dedee Pfeiffer), but she gets home so late that he presumes she is up to something behind his back. He hires private detective John McClure (Ron Perlman) to find out if she is cheating and with whom. Meanwhile, Linda discovers that Roger has been skimming from the company they work for. McClure brings evidence to Roger that his wife is indeed having an affair. Roger wants Maria's lover killed and asks McClure to help him. James McEachin
James McEachin (born May 20, 1930) is an American author and retired actor. Military career McEachin served in the United States Army before, and then during, the Korean War. Serving in King Company, 9th Infantry Regiment (United States), 2nd Infantry Division, he was wounded (nearly fatally) in an ambush and nearly left for dead. McEachin was one of only two soldiers to survive the ambush. He was awarded both the Purple Heart and Silver Star in 2005 by California Congressman David Dreier after McEachin participated in a Veterans History Project interview for Dreier's office and Drier's staff, Carlos Cortez, discovered McEachin had no copies of his own military records. Dreier's staff quickly traced the records and notified McEachin of the Silver Star commendation, then awarded him all seven of his medals of valor shortly thereafter, fifty years after his service. Samuel Benedict (c. 1792–1854) was a Liberian politician and jurist who served as the 1st Chief Justice of Liberia. He was born a slave in the U.S. state of Georgia in 1792, and purchased his freedom and that of his family. He emigrated to Liberia in 1835, on the ship ''Indiana''. Prior to Liberia's independence, Benedict was a judge of the Superior Court and a merchant. He later presided over the Liberian Constitutional Convention of 1847, which officially provided Liberia's independence from the American Colonization Society. He was one of Montserrado County's delegates at the convention and a signer of the Liberian Declaration of Independence.
