''Don't. Get. Out!'' (german: Steig. Nicht. Aus!) is a 2018 German action thriller film written, co-produced and directed by Christian Alvart. The film stars Wotan Wilke Möhring as a man who is contacted by a mysterious man demanding him to get an amount of money or he'll explode his car with him and his children inside. ''Don't. Get. Out!'' is a remake of the Spanish thriller '' Retribution'' (2015). Plot Successful Berlin project developer Karl Brendt is driving his children Josefine and Marius to school when a stranger calls him and tells him that there are bombs under the car seats that will explode when they are released or remotely triggered. The caller demands a large ransom from both his private and business accounts and threatens to detonate the explosives otherwise. As soon as Karl or the children try to get out, the car will explode. When a second car also involved in the incident explodes when the passenger gets out, it becomes clear that the threat is real. The ... They get in the car and Marcos brings a soccer ball with an autograph on it because he wants to prove to his friends that he really does have the autograph. After starting the car, Carlos receives an anonymous call in a phone that has been left inside and he is told a bomb has been placed under each of the car’s seats, set to explode if any of them leaves their seated position.
