A domestic inquiry, in the context of human resource management, is a search for truth, facts, or circumstances concerning charges alleged by the employer against its employee. Misconduct
Misconduct is wrongful, improper, or unlawful conduct motivated by premeditated or intentional purpose or by obstinate indifference to the consequences of one's acts.
