Diogo Viana
Diogo Filipe Guerreiro Viana (born 22 February 1990) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a right winger for Trofense. Formed at Sporting CP and Porto, he played 129 Primeira Liga games for Gil Vicente, Belenenses, B-SAD and Braga, while also having spells abroad in the Netherlands, Bulgaria and Romania. Club career Born in Lagos, Algarve, Viana spent six years as a youth at Sporting CP. In June 2008 the 18-year-old was transferred to FC Porto as part of a deal involving Hélder Postiga, with the northerners receiving €2.5 million whereas the Lisbon club retained 50% of his rights. In the 2008–09 season, whilst still a junior, he made his debut with the first team, playing four Taça da Liga matches and totalling 55 minutes in two wins and two losses. PFC Litex Lovech
Litex ( bg, Литекс) is a Bulgarian professional association football club based in Lovech, which currently competes in the Second League. The club was founded in 1921 as Hisarya Sports Club. The 2008–09 Taça da Liga was the second edition of the Taça da Liga, also known as Carlsberg Cup due to sponsorship reasons. The first matches were played on 2 August 2008 and the final was held on 21 March 2009 at the Estádio Algarve in Faro. Present for the second time in the final of this competition, Sporting CP were once again defeated 3–2 on penalties, this time by their rivals Benfica. Format After the first season, a change in the format was approved by the Portuguese League for Professional Football. The Cup began with a two-legged round between teams from Liga de Honra (2nd level). The Taça da Liga (), known outside Portugal as Portuguese League Cup, is an annual football club competition organised by the Liga Portuguesa de Futebol Profissional (LPFP) for teams competing in the Primeira Liga and LigaPro, the top two tiers of Portuguese football.
