Dilley is a city in Frio County, Texas, United States. The population was 3,894 at the 2010 census. It is located off Interstate 35 south of the county seat in Pearsall. Geography Dilley is located in southern Frio County at (28.670824, –99.169820). Interstate 35 bypasses the city on the west, with access from Exits 82 through 86. I-35 leads northeast to San Antonio and south to Laredo. Pearsall, the county seat, is to the north. Texas State Highway 85 passes through the center of town as Leona Street, leading northeast to Pleasanton and west to Carrizo Springs. La Salle County is a county in Texas. As of the 2020 census, its population was 6,664. Its county seat is Cotulla. The county was created in 1858 and later organized in 1880. It is named for René-Robert Cavelier, Sieur de La Salle, a 17th-century French explorer.
