Dexter Riley
The ''Dexter Riley'' film series consists of American science fiction-comedy films, centered around an eponymous college student (Kurt Russell). The films, produced by The Walt Disney Company and taking place at the fictional Medfield College, follow the science class led by Professor Quigley, and their experiments, projects, and adventures. The college, under the direction of Dean Eugene Higgins ( Joe Flynn) becomes involved in the nefarious plans of billionaire-turned-criminal, A. J. Arno ( Cesar Romero). The film trilogy received mixed reviews, while its television film remake was poorly received. The original trilogy has acquired a cult classic status. Lillie Hayward
Lillie Hayward (born Lillian Olenda Auen, September 12, 1891 – June 29, 1977) was an American screenwriter whose Hollywood career began during the silent film, silent era and continued well into the television, age of television. She wrote for more than 70 films and TV shows including the Walt Disney, Disney film ''The Shaggy Dog (1959 film), The Shaggy Dog'' and television series The Mickey Mouse Club and ''Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color''. She was also remembered for the films ''Her Husband's Secretary'' and ''Aloma of the South Seas (1941 film), Aloma of the South Seas'', the latter written in part with the help of her sister, actress and screenwriter Seena Owen. Lillie Hayward died in 1977 and was interred at Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles. Charles Barton (May 25, 1902December 5, 1981) was an American film and vaudeville actor and film director. He won an Oscar for best assistant director in 1933. His first film as a director was the Zane Grey feature ''Wagon Wheels'', starring Randolph Scott, in 1934. Barton worked in Hollywood B-movie units. From 1946, he was a principal director of the Abbott and Costello comedies, such as ''The Time of Their Lives'', ''Buck Privates Come Home,'' ''Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein,'' and ''Africa Screams''. ''The World's Greatest Athlete'' is a 1973 American sports comedy film directed by Robert Scheerer and starring John Amos, Roscoe Lee Browne, Tim Conway, Dayle Haddon, and Jan-Michael Vincent.
