The Department for Infrastructure and Transport (DIT), formerly the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI), is a large department of the government of South Australia. The website was renamed , but without a formal announcement of change of name or change in documentation about its governance or functionality. Ministerial responsibility The minister responsible for all aspects of the department's operations in the Marshall government was Stephan Knoll, Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and Local Government, and Minister for Planning. He served from March 2018, until his resignation in the wake of an expenses scandal on 26 July 2020. Steven Marshall
Steven Spence Marshall (born 21 January 1968) is an Australian politician who served as the 46th premier of South Australia between 2018 and 2022. He has been a member of the South Australian Division of the Liberal Party of Australia in the South Australian House of Assembly since 2010, representing the electorate of Dunstan (known as Norwood before 2014). Marshall became the leader of the South Australian Liberal Party in February 2013, and was the leader of the opposition between 2013 and 2018. He had previously been the party's deputy leader from October 2012 to February 2013. Stephan Karl Knoll (born 1982) () is an Australian politician who represented the South Australian House of Assembly electorate of Schubert for the South Australian Division of the Liberal Party of Australia from the 2014 state election until the 2022 election. Knoll served as the Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and Local Government and as the Minister for Planning in the Marshall Ministry between 22 March 2018 and 26 July 2020 and as the Leader of Government Business in the South Australian House of Assembly between 5 February 2020 and 26 July 2020. Rob Lucas
Robert Ivan Lucas (born 7 June 1953) is a former Australian politician and a former member of the South Australian Legislative Council between the 1982 election and the 2022 election, representing the South Australian Division of the Liberal Party of Australia. Lucas served as the Treasurer of South Australia between 2018 and 2022 in the Marshall government, and previously served in the role between 1997 and 2002 in the Olsen and Kerin governments. Lucas was the Father of the Parliament until his retirement at the 2022 election. Corey Luke Wingard is a former Australian politician. He was a Liberal member of the South Australian House of Assembly from the 2014 state election, representing Mitchell until 2018 and Gibson until his defeat in 2022. Wingard served as the Minister for Recreation, Sport and Racing in the Marshall Ministry from 2018 to 2022. He previously served as the Minister for Police, Emergency Services and Correctional Services.
