Deon Jackson (American Football)
Deon Jackson (born February 18, 1999) is an American football running back for the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Duke. High school Jackson attended Pace Academy in Atlanta, Georgia where he played football. College career Jackson committed to Duke in 2016. Statistics Professional career Jackson signed with the Indianapolis Colts as an undrafted free agent on May 6, 2021. He was waived on August 31, 2021, and re-signed to the practice squad the next day. He was promoted to the active roster on November 1. Nyheim Hines ( ; born November 12, 1996) is an American football running back and punt returner for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at NC State, and was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the fourth round of the 2018 NFL Draft. Early years Hines attended Garner Magnet High School in Garner, North Carolina. During his high school football career, he had 6,242 rushing yards, 7,299 total yards, and 126 touchdowns while playing for the Trojans. He scored seven touchdowns in a single game twice, which is among his 15 school records. He committed to North Carolina State University to play college football. College career Hines played at NC State from 2015 to 2017 under head coach Dave Doeren. As a junior in 2017, he rushed for 1,112 yards on 197 carries with 12 touchdowns. Jonathan Taylor (born January 19, 1999) is an American football running back for the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League (NFL). Taylor played high school football at Salem High School, where he set the New Jersey state rushing yards record. He played college football at Wisconsin, finishing his college career as the sixth all-time rusher in the NCAA and the first player in history to rush for more than 6,000 yards in any three-year span. Taylor finished in the top ten of Heisman Trophy voting three times. Following each of the 2018 and 2019 seasons, he was named a unanimous first-team All-American and recipient of the Doak Walker Award, the award for the top running back in college football.
