''Den kære familie'' is a 1962 Danish comedy film directed by Erik Balling based on a play by Gustav Esmann. It was entered into the 3rd Moscow International Film Festival where cinematographer Jørgen Skov won a Silver Prize for photography. Aage Lundvald
Aage Martin Lundvald (11 July 1908 - 15 May 1983) was a Danish illustrator, cartoonist, and composer. With a production of more than 1000 posters, he was one of the most productive Danish artists in his field. Lundvald was the son of machinist Aage Fritz Lundvald and his wife Johanne Margrethe Frederiksen. After high school Lundvald considered studying law, but soon revealed a talent for drawing. In 1927 he made his first professional drawing, a cover for Edition Wilhelm Hansen, and soon began making a living from cartoons, women's magazine illustrations, and vignettes for the daily ''Politiken''. Lundvald made his first movie poster in 1937 for the film ''Life on the Hegn Farm'', and created hundreds of movie posters and programs for both Danish and foreign films. Ghita Nørby
Ghita Nørby (born 11 January 1935) is a Danish actress with 117 film credits to her name from 1956 to 2005, making her one of the most active Danish actresses ever. Early life Nørby was born in Copenhagen, Denmark, the daughter of opera singer Einar Nørby (1896–1983). She studied two years at the Danish Royal Theatre (''Det Kongelige Teater''). Career She was an actress at the theatre from 1956 to 1959. She has received a number of awards and recognitions including the Ingenio et Arti medal in 2006. At the 27th Guldbagge Awards she was nominated for the award for Best Actress for her role in '' Freud's Leaving Home''. Personal life She has been married a number of times. Ebbe Langberg
Ebbe Langberg (1 August 1933 – 3 February 1989) was a Danish actor and film director. He appeared in 45 films between 1946 and 1988. Career Langberg debuted as Lotte's little brother in Ditte menneskebarn (1946) and also starred as a child in the film De pokkers unger (1947). He became a trained actor from Odense Drama school and was then assigned to various theaters, including ABC Theatre, Odense Theatre, Great Hall, Aalborg Theatre, Circus Ib and the Apollo Theater. He starred in around 40 films in the 1950s and 1960s, where he often played the cocky, real first love, who gets his beloved at the end. Ole Søltoft (8 January 1941 – 9 May 1999 in Kolding) was a Danish actor who became an icon of the 1970s wave of Danish erotic feature film comedies. For over a decade he starred or co-starred in nearly all notable films in this genre and became hopelessly typecast, usually playing naive, likeable guys with a healthy sexual appetite. Jarl Kulle
Jarl Lage Kulle (28 February 1927 – 3 October 1997) was a Swedish film and stage actor and director, and father of Maria Kulle. Kulle was born in the village of Truedstorp, outside Ekeby, Bjuv, Ekeby, Sweden, and was the son of the merchant Nils Kulle and Mia Bergendahl. Erik Balling
Erik Balling (29 November 1924 – 19 November 2005) was a Danish TV and film director. He created two of Denmark's most popular TV-series, ''Matador'' and '' Huset på Christianshavn''. His feature film '' Qivitoq'' (1956) was nominated for a Golden Palm at the 1957 Cannes Film Festival, and for an Oscar as Best Foreign Language Film.
