Deceptions (1985 Film)
''Deceptions'' is a 1990 erotic film, erotic drama film starring Nicollette Sheridan, Harry Hamlin and Robert Davi. It was directed by Ruben Preuss and written by Ken Denbow and Richard Taylor. The film received a nomination for a CableACE Award for "best international dramatic special or movie. AllRovi reviewer Linda Rasmussen called the film, "a remarkably predictable, non-erotic thriller with little to recommend it". Plot A homicide cop falls for a beautiful suspect. When wealthy socialite Adrienne kills her husband Douglas, she claims self-defense. Nick, the cop assigned to the case is suspicious but becomes obsessed with the sensual young woman. Harry Hamlin
Harry Robinson Hamlin (born October 30, 1951) is an American actor, author, and entrepreneur. He is best known for his roles as Perseus in the 1981 fantasy film '' Clash of the Titans'' and as Michael Kuzak in the legal drama series ''L.A. Law'', for which he received three Golden Globe nominations. For his recurring role as Jim Cutler on the AMC drama series ''Mad Men'', Hamlin received a Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series. Nigel James Gibbs (born 20 November 1965) is an English professional football manager and former player. He has been an assistant coach at Swansea City and has previously worked as a coach with the Under-19 squad of Tottenham Hotspur. A Watford supporter, as well as a product of their youth system, Gibbs spent his entire professional career as a right back for the club.
