''Deception'' is an American prime time soap opera television series that aired on NBC. The series, created by Liz Heldens, premiered on Monday, January 7, 2013. On May 8, 2013, NBC canceled the series after one season. Plot When Vivian Bowers, a famous socialite, is found dead in a motel room from what appears to be a drug overdose, her estranged best friend Detective Joanna Locasto is re-embraced by the wealthy Bowers family. In time, she begins to uncover the truth of what really happened to her friend and who was behind the death. 1080i (also known as Full HD or BT.709) is a combination of frame resolution and scan type. 1080i is used in high-definition television (HDTV) and high-definition video. The number "1080" refers to the number of horizontal lines on the screen. Geoffrey Paul Cantor is an American actor (director, writer, creative consultant, and acting coach).
