Tony Fletcher
Tony Fletcher (born 27 April 1964) is a British music journalist best known for his biographies of drummer Keith Moon and the band R.E.M., and also as a show director for the Rock Academy in Woodstock. ''Jamming!'' Born in Yorkshire, England, Fletcher was inspired by the London punk rock movement and started a fanzine as a thirteen-year-old schoolboy which he named ''Jamming!''. Founded in 1977, the magazine began as a school-printed fanzine and in 1978, with the fifth issue featuring interviews with Paul Weller, Adam Ant and John Peel, adopted professional printing and wider distribution. From 1979-84, it was printed and partly distributed by Better Badges. Between 1978-83, ''Jamming!'' featured interviews with a range of artists that included Pete Townshend, Aztec Camera, Dexys Midnight Runners, the Damned, Delta 5, the Jam, Bill Nelson, Scritti Politti, the Selecter, the Beat, Dead Kennedys and more. Emily Berry
Emily Berry (born 1981) is an English poet and writer. Emily Berry was born and raised in London and studied English literature at Leeds University, and Creative and Life Writing at Goldsmiths College. She is currently completing a PhD in Creative and Critical Writing at the University of East Anglia. She was awarded an Eric Gregory Award in 2008. Her pamphlet ''Stingray Fevers'' was published by tall-lighthouse in 2008. Her debut collection of poems, ''Dear Boy'' ( Faber & Faber, 2013), won the Hawthornden Prize, and the Forward Prize for Best First Collection. She is a contributor to The Breakfast Bible (Bloomsbury, 2013). Her second collection, entitled ''Stranger, Baby'', was published by Faber & Faber in 2017. In 2017, Berry succeeded Maurice Riordan as the editor of '' Poetry Review'', the UK's most widely read poetry magazine. ''Dear Boys'' (stylized as ''DEAR BOYS'') is a Japanese sports manga written and illustrated by Hiroki Yagami, published by Kodansha in ''Monthly Shōnen Magazine''. As of June 2007, the ''Dear Boys'' series has 25 volumes in total, including the ''Dear Boys: The Early Days'' and ''Dear Boys: Act 2''. In 2007, ''Dear Boys: Act 2'' was awarded the Kodansha Manga Award for the shōnen manga. The story concerns the progress of the Mizuho High School basketball team as it attempts to win the prefectural championship. It also deals heavily with the relationship between the players on the team, especially the two main characters Kazuhiko Aikawa and Takumi Fujiwara. "Dear Boy" is a song from the Paul McCartney album '' Ram''. Credited to Paul and Linda McCartney, the song was written during the couple's lengthy holiday on their farm in the Mull of Kintyre. The lyrics were written by Paul about how lucky he was to have Linda. Background "Dear Boy" was written as an autobiographical song about his relationship with his wife, Linda. He says in a 1971 interview, "Dear Boy" was also written as a message to Linda McCartney's ex-husband. In the 2012 RAM Special Edition Documentary, McCartney describes the song as written about Linda's former husband, Joseph Melville See Jr., and the things he hadn't seen in her. He said on the topic in 2001, McCartney's former partner John Lennon, however, thought that the song was about him. Keisuke Kuwata
is a Japanese multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter, and frontman for the Southern All Stars, as well of his own solo band, the Kuwata band. He has also done a significant amount of scoring music for films. He went to Aoyama Gakuin University.
