''De Jongens tegen de Meisjes'' (Dutch for ''The Boys versus the Girls'') was a Dutch game show broadcast by RTL 4. The show first aired in 2011 and last aired in 2018. The show featured a male and a female team participating in various games and quizzes about the differences between men and women. Tijl Beckand was the team captain of the male team since the show first aired and Chantal Janzen was the team captain of the female team, also since the beginning, except in 2018 due to her pregnancy. Tijl Beckand (born 30 July 1974) is a Dutch television presenter and comedian. He is known as one of the comedians in the television show ''De Lama's'' together with Ruben Nicolai, Ruben van der Meer and Jeroen van Koningsbrugge. Jimmy Johannes Bakkum (born 10 August 1987) is a Dutch singer, actor, stage actor and television personality. Nicolaas Maria "Nick" Schilder (born 6 November 1983) is a Dutch singer-songwriter. Together with Simon Keizer, he forms a duo called Nick & Simon. Biography Career Nick was born in Volendam, into a musical family which has produced other famous artists, such as Anny Schilder. At the age of 8, he started to learn how to play the guitar.
