David Dunn (footballer Born 1981)
David Hugh Dunn (born 1 November 1981), is a Scottish football midfielder who plays for Forth Wanderers in the Scottish Junior Football Association, West Region. He has previously played in the Scottish Football League First Division for Clyde and Airdrieonians. Career Dunn had a twelve-year career in the Scottish Football League after leaving Motherwell in 1999 without making a first-team appearance. He moved to Junior football in 2011 with Larkhall Thistle and has since played for Linlithgow Rose, Sauchie Juniors, Thorniewood United, Newmains United, Lanark United, Cambuslang Rangers Cambuslang Rangers Football Club are a Scottish football club based in Cambuslang, South Lanarkshire. Bellshill (pronounced "Bells hill") is a town in North Lanarkshire in Scotland, southeast of Glasgow city centre and west of Edinburgh. Sauchie is a town in the Central Lowlands of Scotland. It lies north of the River Forth and south of the Ochil Hills, within the council area of Clackmannanshire. Sauchie has a population of around 6000 and is located northeast of Alloa and east-southeast of Tullibody. History The name means the place or field of the willows. The land originally belonged to Clan Campbell, being mentioned in connection with Cailean Mór and Gilleasbaig of Menstrie. In 1321 Robert the Bruce granted the lands of Sauchie to Henry de Annand, former Sheriff of Clackmannan. A tower was built in 1335, and the present Sauchie Tower is on the same site. The Scottish Junior Football Association (SJFA) is an affiliated national association of the Scottish Football Association and is the governing body for the junior grade of football in Scotland. The term "junior" refers to the level of football played, not the age of the players. The closest equivalent terminology would be non-League football in England, the difference being that junior football in Scotland was not similarly integrated into its football league system until 2021. Founded in 1886, the SJFA is responsible for disciplinary matters within the grade, certain player registration procedures and organising the annual Scottish Junior Cup.
