Danielle O'Toole
Danielle Denise O'Toole-Trejo (born July 7, 1994) is a former collegiate All-American, Olympian, professional softball pitcher. She played college softball for San Diego State and Arizona. She graduated and was selected eighth overall in the National Pro Fastpitch draft by the Chicago Bandits, which she has played with on and off for three seasons. She has also played internationally for Team USA, before joining Team Mexico. She helped Team Mexico place fourth at the 2020 Summer Olympics. O'Toole has also coached for the San Diego Toreros. She also played in the inaugural season of the Athletes Unlimited Softball league. Additionally, she made an appearance in the film ''Jackass Forever''. College O'Toole was named Mountain West Conference Freshman of The Year and First-Team All-Conference. She debuted on February 8 losing to the Stephen F. Softball
Softball is a game similar to baseball played with a larger ball on a smaller field. Softball is played competitively at club levels, the college level, and the professional level. The game was first created in 1887 in Chicago by George Hancock. There are two rule sets for softball generally: ''slow pitch softball'' and ''fastpitch''. Slow pitch softball is commonly played recreationally, while women's fastpitch softball is a Summer Olympic sport and is played professionally. Canada's Senior Women's National Softball Team represents Canada in international softball. They are overseen by Softball Canada, the governing body of softball in Canada. South Carolina Gamecocks
The South Carolina Gamecocks represent the University of South Carolina in the NCAA Division I. The University of South Carolina uses "Gamecocks" as its official nickname and mascot. While the men's teams were traditionally known as the Fighting Gamecocks and the women's teams were previously known as the Lady Gamecocks, this distinction was discontinued in part to eliminate any gender bias in the athletic department and in part to counter misconceptions about the gamecock mascot endorsing bloodsport. Washington Huskies
The Washington Huskies are the intercollegiate athletic teams that represent the University of Washington, located in Seattle. The school competes at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I level as a member of the Pac-12 Conference. Washington students, sports teams, and alumni are called Huskies. The husky was selected as the school mascot by the Associated Students of UW in 1922. Major League Baseball (MLB) officially defines a no-hitter as a completed game in which a team that batted in at least nine innings recorded no hits. All-America
The All-America designation is an annual honor bestowed upon an amateur sports person from the United States who is considered to be one of the best amateurs in their sport. Individuals receiving this distinction are typically added to an All-America team for their sport. Some sports will have multiple All-America teams and will list the honorees as members of a first team, second team, or third team. As such, All-America teams are composed of outstanding US amateur players. Individuals falling short of qualifying for the honor may receive All-America honorable mention.
