Life and career Born in Milan, D'Anza started his career on stage, in which he is best known for the direction of the antimilitarist play ''Venticinque metri di fango'' that he presented in Milan in 1946 raising several controversities as well as critical appreciation. Another of his works, the rivista '' Tempo di musica'', a satire of Italian history from the 19030s to the 1950s, was heavily censored, being first banned and later allowed only after having received heavy cuts. Mass Media People From Milan
Mass is an intrinsic property of a body. It was traditionally believed to be related to the quantity of matter in a physical body, until the discovery of the atom and particle physics. It was found that different atoms and different elementary particles, theoretically with the same amount of matter, have nonetheless different masses. Mass in modern physics has multiple definitions which are conceptually distinct, but physically equivalent. Mass can be experimentally defined as a measure of the body's inertia, meaning the resistance to acceleration (change of velocity) when a net force is applied. The object's mass also determines the strength of its gravitational attraction to other bodies. The SI base unit of mass is the kilogram (kg). In physics, mass is not the same as weight, even though mass is often determined by measuring the object's weight using a spring scale, rather than balance scale comparing it directly with known masses. An object on the Moon would weigh less t ...

Madame Bovary (1978 Film)
''Madame Bovary'' (; ), originally published as ''Madame Bovary: Provincial Manners'' ( ), is a novel by French writer Gustave Flaubert, published in 1857. The eponymous character lives beyond her means in order to escape the banalities and emptiness of provincial life. When the novel was first serialized in ''Revue de Paris'' between 1 October and 15 December 1856, public prosecutors attacked the novel for obscenity. The resulting trial in January 1857 made the story notorious. After Flaubert's acquittal on 7 February 1857, ''Madame Bovary'' became a bestseller in April 1857 when it was published in two volumes. A seminal work of literary realism, the novel is now considered Flaubert's masterpiece, and one of the most influential literary works in history. Plot synopsis Charles Bovary is a shy, oddly dressed teenager who becomes an '' Officier de santé'' in the Public Health Service. He marries the woman his mother has chosen for him, the unpleasant but supposedly rich wid ...
