Daniel Mark Williams (born December 1981) is an English cricketer. Williams is a right-handed batsman who bowls right-arm medium-fast. He was born in Newbury, Berkshire. Williams made his debut for Berkshire in the 2001 Minor Counties Championship against Dorset. He made a further appearance for Berkshire in the 2003 Minor Counties Championship against Cheshire. Later, while studying for his degree at Loughborough University, Williams made his first-class debut for Loughborough UCCE against Surrey in 2008. He made a further appearance for the team in 2008, against Gloucestershire. In his two first-class matches, he scored 25 runs at an average of 8.33, with a high score of 11. Dan Williams is a Canadian politician who was elected in the 2019 Alberta general election to represent the electoral district of Peace River in the 30th Alberta Legislature. He is currently running for re-election in the next provincial election on May 29, 2023. Daniel Hale Williams
Daniel Hale Williams (January 18, 1856 – August 4, 1931) was an African-American surgeon, who in 1893 performed what is referred to as "the first successful heart surgery". It was performed at Chicago's Provident Hospital, which he founded in 1891 as the first non-segregated hospital in the United States. Williams' hospital also had an associated nursing school for African Americans. In 1913, Williams was elected as the only African-American charter member of the American College of Surgeons. Daniel Williams (theologian)
Daniel Williams ( – 26 January 1716) was a British benefactor, minister and theologian, within the Presbyterian tradition, i.e. a Christian outside the Church of England. He is known largely for the legacy he left which led to the creation of Dr Williams's Library, a centre for research on English Dissenters. Early ministry Williams was born in Wrexham, Denbighshire, Wales, and was a cousin of Stephen Davies, minister at Banbury. He became a preacher by the age of nineteen: details of his education are unknown, though it was probably cut short by his refusing to conform to the state church, Anglicanism, when Charles II was restored to the throne. He ministered in Ireland from 1664 to 1687. This posting was a result of his accepting an invitation from the Countess of Meath to be her chaplain. Daniel Thomas Williams Jr. (1932–2010) was an American archivist and historian. He was the first African American to be honored as a fellow of the Society of American Archivists and was Head University Librarian at Tuskegee University from 1968 to 1999. Personal life and education Williams was born on September 20, 1932, to Willie Mae and Daniel T. Williams Sr. and grew up in Miami, Florida. He had two brothers, Emmett J. and Rodney M. Williams. Daniel Lewis Williams (March 29, 1943 – January 10, 2023) was an American operatic basso profundo. Williams was born in Ogden, Utah, but grew up in Billings, Montana, and appeared in operas and concerts as a boy soprano in the western United States. After his voice changed, he appeared frequently in musicals and won the International Kiwanis Talent Contest in New York City at 17 for his performance of "Ol' Man River" from '' Show Boat''.
