Daniel Rosen
Daniel Rosen (born February 14, 1963) is an American comedian, juggler and game show announcer. He began his career with unicycle, juggling and magic acts in high school. Johnny Carson discovered Rosen when he was a teen and made him a regular guest on ''The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson''. This exposure and Carson's endorsement led him to be the announcer and writer on ''The Late Show''. Rosen's comedy has taken him on the road with Robin Williams, Billy Crystal, Roseanne Barr, and Bette Midler. He also played the role of Eddie Greene on ''Nash Bridges'' and served as the musical director and announcer on David Strassman's eponymous UK talk show ''Strassman''. The producers of ''The Price Is Right'' asked Rosen to be one of several announcers on the show after the death of Rod Roddy in 2003. David Strassman
David Strassman (born September 6, 1957) is an Americans, American ventriloquist, stand-up comedian, actor, voice artist, and comedian. He is best known for his ventriloquism act with Chuck Wood and Ted E. Bare. Early life and education Strassman, the second of four children, was born and raised in Los Angeles County, California. His father, Harvey D. Strassman (September 19, 1922 – January 30, 2011), was a psychiatrist and medical academic. Career A visit to Disneyland with his family prompted a young Strassman to ask his father to purchase some professional magic tricks that he performed for local neighborhood children. Rod Roddy
Robert Ray Roddy (September 28, 1937 – October 27, 2003) was an American radio and television announcer. He was primarily known for his role as an offstage announcer on game shows. Among the shows that he announced are the CBS game shows ''Whew!'' and ''Press Your Luck.'' He is widely recognized by the signature line, "Come on down!" from ''The Price Is Right'', and it appears on his grave marker, although the phrase was originated and made popular by his predecessor Johnny Olson. Roddy succeeded original announcer Olson on ''The Price Is Right'' and held the role from 1986 until his death in 2003, and as of 2022, is the longest-serving announcer on the current incarnation of the show.
