Dancing At Budokan!!
''Dancing at Budokan!!'' is a DVD/ BD set and live album released by Japanese recording artist Superfly. The performances featured are from Superfly's December 14, 2009, concert at the Nippon Budokan arena in Tokyo, all recorded on the first DVD/BD. The second DVD/BD features footage of Shiho Ochi's performance with Big Brother and the Holding Company at the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts stop on the Heroes of Woodstock Tour, an interview on her album ''Box Emotions'', and the live performances at the Roppongi Hills Arena free concert. The limited edition DVD bundle includes a two CD album of the Budokan concert. On the Oricon music DVD charts, it peaked at #7 while on the charts for 7 weeks. Superfly (band)
Superfly is a Japanese rock act that debuted on April 4, 2007. Formerly a duo, the act now consists solely of lyricist and vocalist Shiho Ochi with former guitarist Kōichi Tabo still credited as the group's composer and part-time lyricist. Superfly's first two studio albums were certified double platinum by the Recording Industry Association of Japan, and their first four consecutive albums (the third being classified as a "single" by the group) all debuted at the top of the Oricon Weekly Album Charts, a first for a female recording artist in Japan in over seven years. is a song by Japanese musical act Superfly. It was released as a double A-side single along with "Koisuru Hitomi wa Utsukushii" in 2009, a month before Superfly's second studio album ''Box Emotions''. Background and development In 2009, Superfly recorded two songs for the Fuji Television drama ''Boss'', starring Yūki Amami. The theme song, a ballad called "My Best of My Life", was released as a single by Superfly on May 13. The drama's upbeat opening theme song " Alright!!" was released as a digital single a month later. "Piece of My Heart" is a romantic soul love song written by Jerry Ragovoy and Bert Berns, originally recorded by Erma Franklin in 1967. It is her first single that was exclusively released digitally, rather than being a promotional single from one of her other singles or albums that was released through digital means.
