''DC League of Super-Pets'' is a 2022 American 3D computer-animated superhero comedy film based on the DC Comics superhero team Legion of Super-Pets. Jared Stern is an American screenwriter, director and producer. He collaborated with John Whittington on ''The Lego Batman Movie'' (2017) and ''The Lego Ninjago Movie'' (2017). Career Stern began his career by writing the screenplay for ''Mr. Popper's Penguins''. In 2012, he wrote for the comedy film '' The Watch''. The Legion of Super-Pets is a fictional team of superhero pets in the DC Universe. The original membership included Krypto the Superdog, Streaky the Supercat, Beppo the Super-Monkey, and Comet the Super-Horse, with the shape-shifting alien Proty II later joining.
