''D'elles'' (meaning ''About Them'' or ''From Them'') is a thirteenth French-language and twenty-second studio album by Canadian singer Celine Dion, released by Columbia Records on 18 May 2007. It is a concept album which features thirteen songs written by influential female authors from France and Quebec, including: Françoise Dorin, Christine Orban, Nina Bouraoui, Marie Laberge, Lise Payette, Denise Bombardier, Nathalie Nechtschein, Jovette Alice Bernier, Janette Bertrand and George Sand. The themes throughout this album centre on "woman"; the album's title is a play on the title of her earlier album ''D'eux'', replacing the third person plural masculine or neutral pronoun ''eux'' with the feminine ''elles''. "On s'est aimé à cause" (meaning "We've Loved Each Other Because") is the third and last single released in Quebec from Celine Dion's French-language album '' D'elles''. It was sent to radio stations in August 2007. Background and release The lyrics were written by Françoise Dorin (author of " Et s'il n'en restait qu'une (je serais celle-là)") and music by Marc Dupré and Jean-François Breau. Tino Izzo produced the track. Dion worked with Izzo already on " Plus haut que moi" in 1993 and "Tout près du bonheur" in 2005 (which she recorded as a duet with Dupré, who also co-wrote this song). "Immensité" (French for "Immensity") is the second single from Celine Dion's 2007 French-language album, '' D'elles''. It premiered on the radio in France and Quebec on 23 April 2007 and was released as a music download on 6 May 2007. However, a physical single was not issued. The song was also released as a radio single in Belgium, in August 2007. Yasmina "Nina" Bouraoui (Arabicنينا بو راوي, born 1967) is a French novelist and songwriter born in Rennes, Ille-et-Vilaine to an Algerian father from the town of Jijel and a French mother. Marie Laberge (born November 29, 1950) is a Quebec actress, educator and writer. Biography She was born in Quebec City and studied dance with Ludmilla Chiriaeff. Laberge began the study of journalism at Laval University but entered the Conservatoire d'art dramatique de Québec soon afterwards. She began work in comedy before branching out into playwriting, staging productions and teaching drama. From 1977 to 1980, Laberge was administrator for the Théâtre du Trident at Quebec City.
