D'Arcy Rae
Marr College D'Arcy Rae (born 21 December 1994 in Irvine, Scotland) is a Scotland international rugby union player who plays for Bath at the Tighthead Prop position. Rugby Union career Amateur career Aged 17, Rae was part of the all conquering Ayr team of 2012–13 that won the Premier League, Scottish Cup and the Bill McLaren Shield, a unique treble that had only been achieved previously by Heriot's RFC. He was drafted to Marr in the Scottish Premiership for the 2017-18 season. Rae has been drafted to Ayr in the Scottish Premiership for the 2018-19 season. Professional career Rae signed for the Glasgow Warriors in 2013–14. He is also a qualified community rugby coach. On 23 December 2014 he joined Treviso until the end of January 2015 and experienced playing in and winning the two Italian derbies against Zebre and also played against Ulster and Edinburgh. Marr College
Marr College (Scottish Gaelic: ''Colaiste Mhàrr'') is a co-educational secondary school in Troon, South Ayrshire, Scotland. It is owned by the Marr Trust and is operated by South Ayrshire Council which was transferred to then Strathclyde Regional Council in 1975, with South Ayrshire Council being responsible for providing the educational provisional provided by the school. The school was gifted to the town of Troon by Charles Kerr Marr. Throughout 2016-2017, it underwent extensive restoration works including a new build extending on from the original school building. In 2021, 991 pupils attend Marr College. In 2022, Marr College was ranked as the 68th best performing state school in Scotland, a drop from 35th in the 2021 rankings. The Scottish Premiership (referred to as the Tennents Premiership for sponsorship reasons) is an amateur league competition for Scottish rugby union clubs. First held in 1973, it is the top division of the Scottish League Championship. The most recent (2019) champions are Ayr, while the most successful club is Hawick, who have won the competition twelve times.
