Matt D'Agostini
Matthew Vincent D'Agostini (born October 23, 1986) is a Canadian professional ice hockey right winger who is currently playing for HC Ambrì-Piotta of the National League (NL). He was drafted in the sixth round, 190th overall, by the Montreal Canadiens at the 2005 NHL Entry Draft. Playing career D'Agostini began his Midget age career with the Root River Rangers, a midget AA team from Sault Ste. Marie. After one season with the Rangers, he played one year Midget AAA for the Soo North Stars. The following year he was selected as a walk-on player by the Guelph Storm. On April 2, 2008, Montreal recalled D'Agostini from the Hamilton Bulldogs of the American Hockey League (AHL). He played his first NHL game on April 3, 2008 against the Buffalo Sabres. Franca D'Agostini (born September 11, 1952) is an Italian philosopher. Biography Franca d'Agostini was born in Turin. She earned her BA, MA, and PhD at the University of Turin, where she was a student of Gianni Vattimo. She taught Philosophy of Science at the Politecnico of Turin., and Logic and Epistemology of the Social Sciences in the ''Graduate School of Economic and Political and Social Sciences'' at the State University in Milan. She contributes to Italian newspapers such as La Repubblica, La Stampa, Il Manifesto and Il Fatto Quotidiano. She is especially known for proposing a combination of analytical and continental approaches to philosophy via a systematic confrontation of the two traditions in the second half of the 20th century.
