Czech Republic National Under-19 Speedway Team
The Czech Republic national under-19 speedway team is the national under-19 motorcycle speedway team of the Czech Republic and is controlled by the Autoklub of the Czech Republic. The team started in Team U-19 European Championship in all editions, but only one they quality to the final ( 2009). The Individual competition was won by Lukáš Dryml (2000). The Czech Republic national under-21 speedway team is the national under-21 motorcycle speedway team of the Czech Republic and is controlled by the Autoklub of the Czech Republic. 2009 Team Speedway Junior European Championship
The 2009 Team Speedway Junior European Championship will be the 2nd UEM Team Speedway Junior European Championship season. The Final will be held on August 23, 2009 in Holsted, Denmark. The championship was won by Poland (40 points), who they beat defending champion Sweden (38 points), host team Denmark (26 points) and Czech Republic (15 points) Results In the Final will be the defending Champions Sweden, host team Denmark (3rd place in 2008 Final) and Poland (4th place). Matěj Kůs (born 11 July 1989) is a Czech international motorcycle speedway racer, Multiple Czech Republic Champion (10 times), and European Pairs Champion (2 times). He has also has raced for several clubs in the British Premier League. His promising career has stopped because of several injuries in the past. Between British spectators he is called Matty, Magicman or KusKus. Career summary Kůs represents the Czech Republic and was named 3 times as Speedway Grand Prix Wild Card in Prague. He became a full Czech international representative rider when he was selected for the Speedway World Cup first time in 2008.
