Cyrille Carré
Cyrille Carré (born 11 May 1984 in Auxerre) is a French sprint and marathon canoeist who has competed since the late 2000s. He won a gold medal in the K-2 1000 m event at the 2007 ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships in Duisburg. Carré also finished sixth in the K-2 1000 m event at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing (with Philippe Colin). Auxerre ( , ) is the capital of the Yonne department and the fourth-largest city in Burgundy.
