Cynthia Stone
Cynthia Boyd Stone (February 26, 1926 – December 25, 1988) was an American actress. Life and career Born in Peoria, Illinois, Stone was the daughter of banker John Boyd Stone and Dorothy Drayton. She was a graduate of Foxcroft School in Middleburg, Virginia. Stone had a brief career in the 1950s and 1960s as a television actress. Though she mainly appeared in guest spots in various television series, she and then-husband Jack Lemmon appeared together in the short-lived series, '' Heaven for Betsy'' (1952). They had previously featured in another short-lived series, '' That Wonderful Guy'' (1949). Stone also appeared in Colgate commercials. Personal life and death On May 7, 1950, she married actor Jack Lemmon. The couple had a son, Christopher Boyd Lemmon, in 1954, an actor and an author, but divorced in 1956. ''The Felony Squad'' is a half-hour television crime drama originally broadcast on the ABC network from September 12, 1966, to January 31, 1969, a span encompassing seventy-three episodes. ''Short Short Dramas'' is an American dramatic anthology series which aired from September 30, 1952 to April 9, 1953 on NBC. During the original run it was hosted by Ruth Woods, whose segments were dropped when it was syndicated (see below). While most American anthology TV series of the 1950s aired weekly in either half-hour or hour-long time-slots, ''Short Short Dramas'' aired in a 15-minute time-slot, with two episodes broadcast each week on Tuesday and Thursday. Episodes were 12-minutes excluding ads, and a total of 78 episodes were produced. Springdale Cemetery is a historic, non-sectarian, active cemetery in the United States city of Peoria, Illinois. It was chartered in 1855, received its first interment in 1857. Almost 78,000 individuals are buried at the cemetery. It contains a public mausoleum and 15 private mausoleums. The property was acquired in 1854, and the first interment took place in April 1857. The Cemetery is an active, non-sectarian burial ground, and the property contains 15 private mausoleums. The historic gatehouse, constructed in 1901, was razed in 2010. The public mausoleum, which was designed by the Chicago architectural firm of Lovell & Lovell, was completed in 1929 and has been expanded twice.
