Cuora Zhoui
Zhou's box turtle (''Cuora zhoui'') is a species of turtle in the family (biology), family Geoemydidae (formerly Bataguridae). The species is apparently Endemism, endemic to China. Etymology The Specific name (zoology), specific name, ''zhoui'', is in honor of Chinese herpetologist Zhou Jiufa. Geographic range ''C. zhoui'' is only known from Chinese food market specimens, and from a relatively small number of individuals that are part of captive breeding programs in China, Germany (notably the Münster Zoo), and the United States. Zhao Ermi
Zhao Ermi (; 1930 – 24 December 2016) was a Chinese herpetologist, born in Chengdu. His ancestors were Manchu Bannerman of Irgen Gioro clan who were stationed in Chengdu during Qing Dynasty. He was elected a member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2001. He died at West China Medical Center of Sichuan University on 24 December 2016.
