Cube TV(Hangul: 큐브TV)was established on July 1, 2015, is a channel launched by iHQ's media division and Cube Entertainment, and is in charge of channel operation in iHQ Media Division and contents production and supply at Cube Entertainment. Through the combination of broadcasters and entertainment companies, Cube TV aims to globalize the channels in line with the current of the Korean Wave, which is expanding its market both domestically and globally by producing stable and consistently excellent contents in promoting K-pop culture through variety shows, fansign meetings and online drama. Cube Entertainment Inc. () is a South Korean entertainment company. The company operates as a record label, talent agency, music production company, event management and concert production company, and music publishing house. Cube are known for having "self-composing and self-producing" idols. In April 2020, the founder of Cube, Hong Seung-sung, resigned from the company due to an ownership dispute. The label currently manages several artists, namely Jo Kwon, BtoB, Pentagon, Choi Yu-jin, Yoo Seon-ho, (G)I-dle and Lightsum. iHQ Inc., doing business as SidusHQ () is one of the leading talent management agencies in South Korea. It was founded in January 2001 by Teddy Hoon-tak Jung. The company is involved in talent management (artist content), and TV drama/music production. History iHQ, or SidusHQ, is the successor of EBM, an entertainment company founded by producer Teddy Hoon-tak Jung ( ko) in 1997. In 2000 EBM merged with production company Uno Films to become a new entertainment company, Sidus.
