''Crystal Clear'' is the second studio album by David Dunn. BEC Recordings released the project on June 23, 2015. Critical reception Matt Conner, awarding the album three and a half stars from ''CCM Magazine'', reports, "While it may prove disappointing to early fans who heard most of these songs before, newer tracks like "No Matter What" are as hypnotic as the familiar favorites." Giving the album four and a half stars for New Release Today, Caitlin Lassiter explains, "David brings a new sound to the table with Crystal Clear, a sound that has been carefully crafted and produced to stand beside that of much more seasoned artists." David Dunn (musician)
David Timothy Dunn (born May 25, 1984) is an American musician. A singer-songwriter, he appeared on The Voice (U.S. season 2), season two of NBC's ''The Voice (U.S. TV series), The Voice''. Dunn is a Contemporary Christian music, contemporary Christian artist. He is signed to BEC Recordings. Early life David Timothy Dunn was born on May 25, 1984, in Midland, Texas, to father Tim Dunn (businessman), Tim Dunn and mother Terri Lee Dunn (''née'', Spannaus) where he was raised, and he went on to study engineering at Texas Tech University. He graduated with honors. While in college, he got his start as an acoustic singer-songwriter. He recorded his first album during his senior year before leaving to go to Africa for a year-long humanitarian trip. ''CCM Magazine'' is a twice-monthly online magazine focusing on contemporary Christian music, published by Salem Publishing, a division of Salem Communications. History ''CCM'' was first published in July 1978, as a printed magazine. It has been owned by Salem since 1999. On January 16, 2008, Salem announced that the April 2008 issue would be the final printed issue of the magazine, which would continue in an online-only format.
