Crown FC is a Nigerian professional association football club based in Ogbomosho, Oyo State, that competes in the Nigeria National League. The club plays at the Lekan Salami Stadium, with a capacity of 10,000. For the 2010–11 season they played some games at the Ilaro Stadium in nearby Ogun State and returned in 2012/2013 to the Soun Stadium. History They were founded in 1994 by Rev. Lekan Salami Stadium
Adamasingba Stadium ( also called Lekan Salami stadium) is a multi-use stadium in Ibadan, Nigeria. It is currently used mostly for football (soccer), football matches and is the home stadium of Shooting Stars FC and other local teams located in Ibadan. The stadium has a capacity of 10,000 people. Shooting Stars FC are an extremely successful team and have many fans. They won the championship in 1993 and soon after went to the bottom of the ladder. The potential of the sporting complex has however not been optimally utilised due to rot and decay making most facilities moribund as a result of what many believes is a lack of maintenance culture. Nigeria National League
The Nigerian National League (formerly known as ''National Division 1'') is the second tier of club football in Nigeria. History From 1997-2011, the league has been split into 1A for Northern teams and 1B for southern teams. The top two from each division are promoted to the Nigerian Premier League the next season. The exceptions were the 2005–06 and 2006-07 seasons where there were four divisions of eight teams each, with each division winner winning promotion. Ogbomosho (also Ògbómọ̀ṣọ́) is a city in Oyo State, south-western Nigeria. It was founded in the mid 17th century. The population was approximately 454,690 in the 2006 census. Olusegun Obasanjo
Chief Olusegun Matthew Okikiola Ogunboye Aremu Obasanjo, , ( ; yo, Olúṣẹ́gun Ọbásanjọ́ ; born 5 March 1937) is a Nigerian political and military leader who served as Nigeria's head of state from 1976 to 1979 and later as its president from 1999 to 2007.
