Crossroads Christian School is a private, non-denominational Christian school located in Corona, California. It serves approximately 700 students from Preschool to year 12. The school is accredited with ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International) & WASC (Western Association of Schools and Colleges). The school is part of the Freelance League. History Crossroads Christian School Association was officially formed in 1978 under the leadership of Roger Harris. The school was opened on the Crossroads Christian Church property on the corner of Rancho Rd. and Main St. The preschool opened in 1979 with half-day and full-day classes for 2-5 year olds. In fall of 1980 Crossroads Christian School added a full Kindergarten class and more preschool classes. Freelance League
The Freelance League is a name for a loosely defined high school athletic league that is part of the CIF Southern Section. Member schools are small schools. The word "Freelance" describes that they find competitive situations where available without a formal league structure. Schools are spread across the entire section from San Luis Obispo County to San Bernardino County and Riverside County. In certain sports some of these teams are part of other leagues. Crossroads Christian Church is an Evangelical Christian megachurch, located in Corona, California, United States. History Crossroads Christian Church was founded in 1892 by nine members in Corona, California. Led by Reverend Wright and Sister Iola, the church opened as the "First Christian Church of South Riverside." In 1932, the church changed its name to "1st Christian Church, Corona"; at the time, it had 100 members. The current name was put in place in 1980.
