Croatia participated at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The Croatian delegation consisted of nineteen athletes in four sports. Medalists Alpine skiing Croatia qualified ten alpine skiers. Ivica Kostelić was the only athlete able to medal, winning two silver medals. ;Men ;Women Biathlon Croatia qualified two biathletes, one man and one woman. Croatian Olympic Committee
The Croatian Olympic Committee ( hr, Hrvatski olimpijski odbor (HOO)) is the non-profit organization representing Croatian athletes in the International Olympic Committee. The COC organizes Croatia's representatives at the Summer and Winter Olympic Games. It also organizes the Croatian contingent at smaller events such as the Mediterranean Games. Members of the committee are 44 sports federations, which elect the Executive Council composed of the president and 15 members. In 2006, the COC organized the first Croatian World Games in Zadar. The men's pursuit competition in biathlon at the Vancouver 2010 Olympics was held at Whistler Olympic Park in Whistler, British Columbia on February 16, 2010. It was won by Swedish athlete Björn Ferry, after both Ferry and second place finisher Christoph Sumann of Austria successfully pursued and overtook the leader at the start of the race, France's Vincent Jay. Ana Jelušić Black (born 28 December 1986) is a former World Cup alpine ski racer from Croatia. Born in Rijeka, at the time SR Croatia, SFR Yugoslavia, Jelušić specialized in slalom and competed in the 2002 Winter Olympics at age 15, the youngest competitor at those games. On 4 January 2007, she was the runner-up in the World Cup slalom race (Snow Queen Trophy) at Sljeme mountain in Croatia, won by Marlies Schild of Austria. A month later at the 2007 World Championships in Sweden, Jelušić finished fourth in the women's slalom. Nika Fleiss (born 14 December 1984) is a Croatian former alpine skier. Fleiss was born in Brežice, at the time SR Slovenia, SFR Yugoslavia. She lives in Samobor.
