''Critic Te Ārohi'' is the official magazine of the Otago University Students' Association (OUSA) of the University of Otago. It is freely available around both the university's campus and selected sites in Dunedin city weekly during term time. ''Critic'' is New Zealand's longest-running student newspaper, having been established in 1925. Weekly circulation is 5,000 copies, with an estimated readership of approximately 20,000. Content Critic's content is primarily targeted to cater for its student demographic and often examines provocative, controversial, taboo and arguably offensive subject matter. Traditionally, critic has had 'themed' issues such as "The Sex Issue" or "The Drugs Issue", however, recent years have seen a movement away from overtly stipulated themes. The Otago University Students' Association (OUSA) is the Students' Association of the University of Otago, New Zealand. OUSA was founded in 1890 to advance student interests on campus. Today, OUSA provides a combination of representation, welfare, advocacy, recreation, fun and events for its members. Notably, it runs student support services, supports clubs and societies on campus, and organises the University of Otago Orientation and Reorientation weeks. Jim Mora (broadcaster)
John James Chanel Mora is a New Zealand media personality. Mora was born in Christchurch. He attended Otago Boys' High School from 1967 to 1971. His broadcasting career began on radio in Dunedin, where he had studied at the University of Otago. During his time at university, Mora had been editor of the university's newspaper, '' Critic''. From the mid-1990s Mora was a reporter on the television current affairs series ''Holmes'', and has since presented several light entertainment shows, notably lifestyle TV shows such as ''Mucking In''. He is currently hosts the Sunday morning programme on Radio New Zealand. Mass is an intrinsic property of a body. It was traditionally believed to be related to the quantity of matter in a physical body, until the discovery of the atom and particle physics. Holly Ruth Walker (born 15 November 1982) is a former member of the New Zealand House of Representatives from 2011 to 2014, as a Green Party of Aotearoa New Zealand, Green Party list MP.
