Cripper
Cripper was a thrash metal band from Hannover, Lower Saxony, Germany. They were founded in 2005 by musicians Christian Bröhenhorst and Jonathan Stenger and split up in 2018. Biography In 2004, guitarists Christian Bröhenhorst and Jonathan Stenger had the idea to create a band when they were studying at Hildesheim and in late 2004, singer Britta Görtz joined. Then the band was completed with bassist Erik Hess and drummer Dennis Weber. Months later bassist Hess was replaced by Thomas Maiwald and after by Sören Becker. In 2006 the band released their first EP titled ''Killer Escort Service'' and in the same year Cripper played at Metaldays in Slovenia. Next year, in 2007, the band released their debut studio album, named ''Freak Inside'', mastered by musician Andy Classen from Holy Moses. Along with bands Hatred and Spectre Dragon they toured at the "Triple-Thrash-Threat" through Germany. In 2008, Becker was replaced by Bastian Helwig and toured again with Hatred on "Lost World ...

70000 Tons of Metal (officially stylized as 70000TONS OF METAL) is an annual heavy metal music festival that takes place on board a cruise ship. The event is a five-day festival, including one shore day at a select Caribbean destination. History The first 70000 Tons of Metal was held in 2011, and until 2014, 70000 Tons of Metal took place on board the cruise liner ''Majesty of the Seas''. In 2015, the festival moved to the cruise liner ''Liberty of the Seas'' and then to '' Independence of the Seas'' in 2016. From 2011 to 2014, the festival took place between Monday and Friday, and then from Thursday to Monday beginning in 2015. From 2011 to 2014, the cruise departed from PortMiami in Miami, Florida. Metaldays
Metaldays is a heavy metal music festival held annually in Tolmin, Slovenia, since 2004. The festival has been more popular every year with more media coverage and in order to not let it grow too big, in 2010 the tickets were limited to 12,000. The festival was organized by Austrian promoter Rock the Nation and Slovenian Master of Metal (MOM d.o.o.). 2012 was the last year when the name METALCAMP was used. Since 2013 the festival is called METALDAYS. The venue is the same, but the organizer has changed. Metaldays is organized by Slovenian promoter MIFI d.o.o. Location The festival is located at Sotočje, Tolmin, Slovenia, which lies in-between the two mountain rivers called Tolminka and Soča. METALDAYS has two festival-reserved beaches and a camping area. Overkill (band)
Overkill is an American thrash metal band, formed in 1980 in New Jersey. They have gone through many lineup changes, leaving bassist D.D. Verni and lead vocalist Bobby "Blitz" Ellsworth as the only constant members. In addition to Verni and Ellsworth, Overkill's current lineup includes Dave Linsk on lead guitar, Derek Tailer on rhythm guitar and Jason Bittner on drums. Along with Nuclear Assault and Anthrax, whose one-time lead guitarist Dan Spitz was also an early member of Overkill, the band is one of the most successful East Coast thrash metal bands, and they are often called "the Motörhead of thrash metal", based on their unique playing style, which was influenced by punk rock and the new wave of British heavy metal. Andy Classen
Andy Classen is a German record producer, sound engineer and musician. Holy Moses He began his career in 1980 as a guitarist for the German thrash metal band Holy Moses, fronted by his ex-wife Sabina Classen. In 1989 the band bought a house in the village of Borgentreich-Bühne in the vicinity of Warburg, North Rhine-Westphalia. In 1990 they founded a record label named 'West Virginia Records' and opened the Stage-One-Studio in their new house (so named because "Bühne" is German for "stage"). He remained lead guitarist in Holy Moses till 1994. Creative differences that had arisen during the production of the Holy Moses album ''No Matter What's the Cause'' (1994) with bassist Dan Lilker and Ryker's drummer Meff lead to Andy Classen leaving the band. Ultimately he and Sabina divorced, and West Virginia Records was dissolved. Holy Moses is a German thrash metal band active from 1980 to 1994 and again since 2000. They are well noted for being fronted by Sabina Classen, who is the only constant member of Holy Moses, and for being one of the first German thrash metal bands.
