Creil
Creil is a commune in the Oise department in northern France. The Creil station is an important railway junction. History Archaeological remains in the area include a Neolithic site as well as a late Iron Age necropolis, perhaps belonging to a Gaulish fortress or protected camp. The city itself is mentioned for the first time in a 633 AD document. The Château de Creil is recorded from the 7th century. There are some traces of a castle in which Charles VI resided during the period of his madness, 1390. Creil played a part of some importance in the wars of the 14th, 15th and 16th centuries. The Communauté d'agglomération Creil Sud Oise is a ''communauté d'agglomération'' located in the Oise ''Departments of France, département'' and in the Hauts-de-France ''Regions of France, région'' of France. Its seat is in the town Creil. It was created on 1 January 2017. Its area is 83.5 km2. Its population was 86,512 in 2017, of which 35,657 in Creil proper.Comparateur de territoire

Simon Banza
Simon Bokoté Banza (born 13 August 1996) is a French professional footballer who plays as a forward for Primeira Liga club S.C. Braga. Formed at Lens, where he played 98 games and scored 16 goals including in Ligue 1 and Ligue 2, he went on to play in Portugal's Primeira Liga for Famalicão and Braga. Lynel Kitambala
Lynel Darcy Kitambala (born 26 October 1988) is a French footballer of Congolese descent who currently plays as a winger for French club JS Saint-Pierroise. Career Kitambala was born in Creil, France. After playing for four other youth clubs in France, Kitambala finished his formation with Auxerre. After he was named on the bench for Auxerre's six games during 2007–08 season, he made his first team debut in a 0–0 home draw against Valenciennes on 1 November 2008, coming on as a substitute for Dennis Oliech. Château De Creil
The Château de Creil is an ancient fortified castle and a former royal residence located in Creil in the Oise department of the Hauts-de-France region of France. Only one tower remains. History In the 10th century, the lords of Senlis are recorded as having a fortified residence on the island of Saint-Maurice. The English-garrisoned town and castle was besieged on 8 May 1441 by an army led by King Charles VII of France and a force of heavy artillery led by Jean Bureau. After two weeks the French artillery breached the walls. The garrison, led by Sir William Peyto, sallied out on 24 May but were unable to break the siege. Cédric Matéta Nkomi (born in Creil, Oise, France on 30 January 1992) better known by the stage name KeBlack is a French rapper and singer of Congolese origin. He is signed to the Bomayé Musik label. Keblack displayed interested in music at the age of 15. His older brother was already a well-known rapper, and thus Nkomi was encouraged to pursue a musical education. Michel Chion (born 1947) is a French film theorist and composer of experimental music. Life Born in Creil, France, Chion teaches at several institutions in France and currently holds the post of Associate Professor at the University of Paris III: Sorbonne Nouvelle where he is a theoretician and teacher of audio-visual relationships.
