Creamfields is an electronic dance music festival series founded and organised by British club promoter Cream, with its UK edition taking place on August Bank Holiday weekend, with a number of international editions held across various territories worldwide. First held in 1998 in Winchester, the festival moved to Cream's home city of Liverpool the following year, taking place on the old Liverpool airport, before moving to its current location on the Daresbury estate in Cheshire. The festival, having initially begun as a one-day event with 25,000 people in attendance, is now a four-day event with camping options hosting 70,000 per day. The festival is the UK's most prestigious electronic dance music festival. In 2022, Creamfields celebrated its 25th anniversary by launching a second UK-based festival - Creamfields South. Swedish House Mafia
Swedish House Mafia (SHM) is a Swedish house music supergroup consisting of Axwell, Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso. The group officially formed in late 2008, were placed at number ten on the ''DJ Mag'' Top 100 DJ Poll 2011, and have been called "the faces of mainstream progressive house music", while being credited for "setting the tone for the EDM boom of the early 2010s, more than any other act in modern dance music". In 2012, they were ranked at number twelve on the ''DJ Mag'' Top 100 Poll. The trio is best known for their biggest hit single to date, "Don't You Worry Child". Save The World Reunion Tour
The Save the World Reunion Tour is a 2019 reunion tour by Swedish supergroup Swedish House Mafia. Named after their 2011 single, the tour was a follow up to the group's reunion at Ultra Miami in 2018. After months of speculation, the tour was teased by Axwell Λ Ingrosso during a show in New York on May 27, 2018, and was confirmed by Steve Angello later in June in an interview with Sydsvenskan. In August 2018, Axwell Λ Ingrosso announced that they'd be going on hiatus to focus on the reunion tour. The tour kicks off at Stockholm's Tele2 Arena on May 2, 2019. On the first night of the tour, Swedish House Mafia premiered a new orchestral version of their 2010 hit " One". The song was composed by Jacob Mühlrad and would be one of the main songs of the tour. Cream (nightclub)
Cream is a nightclub that originally began as a weekly house music night at the now-demolished Nation nightclub in Liverpool. It ran in this format from October 1992 to June 2002. Cream also hosts the dance music festival Creamfields every August in Daresbury, Cheshire. Creamfields has won the award for Best Dance Event at the UK Festival Awards a record six times since the awards began 10 years ago, most recently in December 2014. In 2010, they also won the Music Week award for "Festival of the Year". In 2012, Live Nation acquired the Cream brand. Cream's home in Wolstenholme Square, Liverpool was demolished in 2016 as part of an urban regeneration project. ''Duga'' (, ) was an over-the-horizon radar (OTH) system used in the Soviet Union as part of its early-warning radar network for missile defense. It operated from July 1976 to December 1989. Hylands House
Hylands House is a Grade II* neo-classical villa situated within Hylands Park a 232-hectare (574 acre) park southwest of Chelmsford in Essex in South East England. It is owned and operated by Chelmsford City Council. History The last private owner lived in Hylands House until her death in 1962. It was in 1966, with the house in a desperate state of disrepair, that Chelmsford Borough Council purchased the Park for the people of Chelmsford to enjoy. Hylands Park was opened to the public only 10 days later.
