Craig Madden
Craig Anthony Madden (born 25 September 1958) is an English former professional football striker who made more than 400 appearances in the Football League. Playing career After playing for Northern Nomads, Madden began his professional career at Bury in 1977. He spent nine years at Gigg Lane, making almost 300 league appearances and scoring 129 goals. He still holds the record for the most goals (35) in a season ( 1981-82) and remains the clubs' all-time record goalscorer. A short spell at West Brom followed, before he joined Blackpool, then under the guidance of Sam Ellis, in February 1987. At Bloomfield Road he began to fall prey to niggling injuries, and each time he dropped out of the team it became more difficult for him to break back in. On 11 November 1989, he opened the scoring in Blackpool's home League game against Brentford after just eighteen seconds, which was only seven seconds outside Bill Slater's all-time record for the club. Bloomfield Road
Bloomfield Road is a single-tier football stadium in Blackpool, Lancashire, England, which has been the home of Blackpool F.C. since 1901. It is the third stadium in the club's existence, the previous two being Raikes Hall Gardens and the Athletic Grounds. Largely unchanged since the 1960s, the stadium began a redevelopment phase in the early 2000s. A temporary East Stand was erected before the start of the 2010–11 season, the club's debut in the Premier League. It is still in place today. Micky Mellon
Michael Joseph Mellon (born 18 March 1972) is a Scottish professional football coach and former player who is the manager of Tranmere Rovers. As a player, he was a midfielder for clubs including Bristol City, West Bromwich Albion, Blackpool, Tranmere and Burnley. Mellon began his managerial career with Fleetwood Town, where he took the club into the Football League for the first time in their history by winning the 2011–12 Football Conference title. He has overseen five promotions in total as a manager with Fleetwood, Shrewsbury Town and Tranmere. Andy Kilner
Andrew William Kilner (born 11 October 1966) is an English former professional footballer and manager. He began his career with Burnley, progressing through the club's youth system and making his professional debut in 1986 before being released. After spells with non-league sides Hyde United and Altrincham, he moved to Sweden where he spent two seasons. After impressing during a trial spell, he joined Stockport County in 1990 and scores twice on his full debut. He went on to make 49 appearances in all competitions and spent time on loan at Rochdale and Bury before leaving the club in 1992. He later played for Witton Albion and Norwegian side Fredrikstad FK before retiring due to injury at the age of 28. Derek William Spence (born 18 January 1952) is a Northern Irish former professional footballer. He played as a forward in a career spanning seventeen years from 1969 to 1986. He played for clubs in Northern Ireland, England, Greece, the Netherlands and Hong Kong. He also played for Northern Ireland. Club career Belfast-born Spence started his career with Irish League club Crusaders in 1969, before making the short trip to England in 1971 to join Fourth Division side Oldham Athletic, signing his contract in a local pub to earn £18 a week.
