Craig Henry
Craig Henry is a residential neighbourhood in Knoxdale-Merivale Ward in the west end of Ottawa, Canada. It is located in the former city of Nepean. It is a residential subdivision that was developed from 1971 onwards. The neighbourhood is bordered by Woodroffe Avenue to the east, Greenbank Road to the west, Knoxdale Road to the south and the CN railroad separating it from Centrepointe and Briargreen to the north. The land previously belonged to the Craig Henry farm, and was developed by Jack Aaron. There are many different forms of houses in Craig Henry, including town homes, semi-detached houses, single homes and apartments. It is served by OC Transpo route 82 (former 172). A large sign with the name Craig Henry is found at the Greenbank Road entrance to the neighbourhood in the median of Craig Henry Drive. Knoxdale-Merivale (Ward 9) is a city ward in Ottawa, Ontario. Located in the city's west end, the ward is bordered to the east by the Rideau River and Fisher Avenue, the northern boundaries of the community of Barrhaven to the south, Ontario Highway 416 and Cedarview Road to the west and to the north by the Canadian National railway west of Merivale Road and Baseline Road to its east. Leslie Park is a suburban neighbourhood in College Ward in the city of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It is located in the former city of Nepean. Leslie Park is bounded on the north by Baseline Road, on the east by Greenbank Road and on the south by the OCRR. The Leslie Park Community Association has the fence west of Costello St as the western boundary. Trend-Arlington is a suburban neighbourhood in Knoxdale-Merivale Ward in the city of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The neighbourhood is located with in the former City of Nepean in the west end of the city. It is located west of Greenbank Road, east of Highway 416 and Cedarview Road, north of West Hunt Club Road and south of the Leslie Park neighbourhood. Its main road is McClellan Road, which is renamed Banner Road at its north end. The community was developed by the Campeau Corporation from the 1960s to the 1980s. Crestview, Ottawa
Crestview is a neighbourhood in College Ward in the west end of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It was originally part of the City of Nepean before amalgamation with Ottawa in 2001. Together with the neighbouring community of Meadowlands, the area is served by the Crestview-Meadowlands Community Association. History The Jewish population of Ottawa grew from 20 families in 1889 to approximately 5,500 in 1961. Beth Shalom Beth Shalom congregation represents the amalgamation in 1956 of two orthodox congregations, Adath Jeshurun and Agudath Achim. B'nai Jacob congregation amalgamated with Beth Shalom in 1971. The First officials were Rabbi Simon L. Eckstein, Cantor Emeritus, Joseph Rabin, Cantor Hyman Gertler, Ritual Director Jacob Y. Sir Robert Borden High School
Sir Robert Borden High School (SRB, Borden) is a high school located on Greenbank Road in the Nepean district of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Adjacent to the main office of the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board, this school was built in 1969 and officially opened on December 5, 1969. It is named after the late Conservative Prime Minister of Canada, Robert Borden. Architecturally, the building itself is divided into several different wings.
