RegioExpress (RE) is a fast regional train service in Switzerland, run by Swiss Federal Railways (SBB CFF FFS) or other railway companies (such as TILO, BLS, tpf, transN, THURBO or RhB). It is comparable to the Regional-Express in Germany, Austria and Luxembourg. Delle station (french: Gare de Delle) is a railway station in the commune of Delle, in the French department of Territoire de Belfort, in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region. It is located at the border between France and Switzerland and is the junction of the standard gauge Delémont–Delle line of Swiss Federal Railways and the of SNCF. The station originally opened in 1868, but service was interrupted between 1992–2006, and not fully resumed until 2018. Biel/Bienne railway station (german: Bahnhof Biel; french: Gare de Bienne) serves the bilingual municipality of Biel/Bienne, in the canton of Bern, Switzerland. It is a major railway junction on the Swiss railways network. It lies on one of the two busiest major railway lines between the northeastern (St. Gallen/ Zurich) and southwestern Switzerland (Geneva); the other goes via Bern.
