Paul Joseph Marie Le Guen (, ; born 1 March 1964) is a French professional football manager and former player. He was most recently the manager of Ligue 2 club Le Havre. Vincent Fernandez (born 31 January 1975) is a French former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Born in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, Yvelines, Fernandez began his career with Paris Saint-Germain.
